My first time trying this one.... got me breathing well and a bit "glowing" :) The circular motions of the arms were totally new to me and challenging. But my the third round I mostly had it down. Thanks, Meredith!

oh goodness just did my first full body workout with you . its a good workout and works the brain muscle as well It's a bit like rubbing your tummy and patting your head at the same time takes some thinking lol

😁Thanks. I'm always amused at the cognitive challenge the combined moves give me. There's usually one if not two that I have to repeat three or four times before my brain makes the connection. As others have said, this is my favorite type of workout between my "heavy" lifting days.
