I am not over 55 ( much younger!) but due to chronic illness I have found exercise of any kind extremely difficult if not impossible until I came across your channel! Your workouts are fantastic and gentle yet so effective too. Anyone regardless of age can benefit from this. Thank you 😊

I enjoy exercising with you. I've only been using videos for maybe 6 months, so nothing is routine, and I appreciate that you remind us to relax our shoulders and to think about orr abdomens. This is the first time I've done this workout all the way through. Thank you very much for all your videos. I'm 79 and have been trying to get in shape for about a year now. I don't ever plan on stopping.
