I can always count on your workouts to be what I need to do that day. Sometimes I forget about the resistance band, but today's workout was perfect. I'm going to be 80 soon, and I just loved what you did with us on this.

1st exercise Thank you so much for your kind guidance into safe exercise for Seniors I ama 73 yrs old, and have lost most of my muscle mass and strength, but Thankfully I found you here.Again, since thanks. With being consistant ,and your help. I know my body will be strong again.

I wish I could ^like^ your videos each time I watch, which is often. Thank you! I am 65, and have MS. I like these exercises because I can focus on the movement and not on balancing. I appreciate all your work.

Thank you for a workout that people who are blind, people who use wheelchairs and people who have disabilities like MS that affect their legs. It is absolutely wonderful to find videos that work for many disability groups because those groups are usually excluded.

Such great resistance exercises, I also love that in your video's you remind about how to breathe, really helps. Thank you for all your hard work making these video's, being able to do from home makes a huge difference.

Really love this. I'm not a senior (yet) but I live on the 2nd floor of an apartment and I have problem knees, so seated fitness videos are perfect for me.

Hi thanks for sharing, found these resistance exercises very useful. I do yoga and walk daily. If I want to add these to my weekly routine, how often should I do these? Daily? Or every other day?

Nice but I’m so used to Inhale then exhale. So inhale and exhale in doing it.

As long as you keep breathing, I’m happy:) I give the reminders because it is so easy to “forget” to breath, and hold your breath.
