This is such a good gentle whole-body workout for the seniors. Resistance bands are always a hit in the care home I am at. Thank you for this.

I so enjoy the stretch bands. They allow us to get some good strength work without heave equipment. Easy to travel with too.

Thank you Meredith! I typically follow along with the standing and more active exercise programs but due to a flare up of chronic tendonitis in my ankle, I chose this seated exercise program instead. I am very pleased with the workout it gave me!❤

Ma'am I'm 61 and have a 5-kg kettlebell that's been lying around at home for years. I was wondering whether I can start using it for strength training instead of buying new dumbbells. I also have a set of resistance loop bands, again unused. Age is beginning to tell on me (the perpetual pain in my legs and glutes is killing me, but otherwise I have no health issues) and I just know it's high time I started developing an exercise regimen, or else it not going to be long before i go totally horizontal. Can I start with both the kettlebells and the resistance bands ?

Sorry about that...sometimes you will need to reboot if that happens often. My tv/computer both do that every once in a while.
