A wrist and hand strengthening workout was exactly what I was looking for! I don’t have an airball so I used a Theraband soft weight which was a great alternative. You are a remarkable teacher-you made these exercises fun. Thank you Meredith!

What is the size of that ball? We are doing a few of these in my arthritis class with a weighted ball, but definitely not for 20 minutes!
