Glad I found this video! Since I've started, I've noticed my mobility gradually start to return. I initially skipped this because of the "senior" in the description but I'm glad I returned. Please keep up the good work and helping people with limited mobility get back on their feet!

Hi Meridith. I love all of your chair workouts. I'm 71 with sciatica and osteoporis and you are my lifesaver. I also love that you remind us a lot about our posture and abs pulled in, which I do forget a lot, Thank you again for all of the great workouts!

I'm still working towards being able to do my standing workouts again since dealing with a flare up of osteoarthritis in my knee. And this seated lower body workout is keeping me in the game! Thanks so much, this is an awesome workout.

Hi from Australia. I had breast cancer which metastasized to my spine, one vertebra was destroyed so I have to be particular about which exercises I choose. Just found you and tried this workout and I absolutely love it! Thank you! Will be looking through the rest of your workouts after I take a shower 😊

From Pensacola Florida thank you very much just getting back to exercising after a tore disc in my back and I’m very cautious but optimistic with your guidance that I can rebuild by strength by the grace of God have been healing since March after 10 out of 10 nerve pain in my feet. I spend a lot of time at my desk so feel deconditioned. Again thank you

Another great workout for lower body.*I also di8d the other 24 minute video for upper body and I love the way I feel after your workouts. Love your seated chair videos and am getting stronger every day. Thank you Meredith for all you do for us Senior Citizens. Totally awesome !!!!!

I can't seem to get the right position when seated and stretching out one leg, because the chair cuts into my leg. I've moved to the edge of the chair but just wonder what you'd recommend to get the stretch. I love your style and use several of your other videos.

are all the exercises in your video okay for osteoporosis patients as the cool down,there is some bending if the spine

Hello! Yes all movements are okay for osteoporosis. Bending done slowly and intentionally without weights is fine. All participants should know their bodies and limitations. Take care, Meredith
