Hi from Australia. I had breast cancer which metastasized to my spine, one vertebra was destroyed so I have to be particular about which exercises I choose. I can't seem to get the right position when seated and stretching out one leg, because the chair cuts into my leg. I've moved to the edge of the chair but just wonder what you'd recommend to get the stretch. I love your style and use several of your other videos.
