In this session, we are working on some excellent standing exercises with resistance weights that you can try at home.
The weights can be very light 2 - 5 lbs or you can substitute using simple bottles of water or cans of soup.
Also always choose a nice sturdy chair for balance and a relaxing area of your home.
Getting in a great session of standing exercises will help you strengthen your full body and help you with the movements you regularly use throughout the day like lifting items, walking up and downstairs and getting into and up from sitting position.
I hope you get a chance to try these simple movements out and as always only do what you feel comfortable with, drink lots of water and breathe.
