Hi Curtis, I found you about a year ago and got lazy, but I tell all my friends about your exercises. Today I decided I really needed to get back to exercising again...not just walking...and you were pick number one. Love the new look. The exercises are challenging but within my range of ability and I like how you offer modifications. It makes me want to continue. The only thing stopping me, is me. Thank you. I just enjoyed two exercises..back to back...just want I needed, I state as sweat is pouring off my face. WHAT A WORKOUT! I also enjoy the minute after. I truly appreciate what you do. I know you indicated you have a TV show...if I am ever in South Florida, I would love to watch...what channel please? Oh and your team of ladies...give them my best. I must encourage my mother to work out with "us."

Wow what an amazing workout! I am not a senior but am overweight and have not exercised for over a year due to a knee injury so this was great for trying to back into working out. Don't let the chair or the fact that the workout is catered to seniors fool you. This kicked my butt. Respect to the seniors working out with you. New subie. Thanks so much for sharing and keep the workouts coming.👍🏾

Thank you. I thoroughly your exercises. Because we are in lockdown due to CORVID-19 our gyms are all closed. I am 78 years and find your exercise programs are doable! That is so important. I just don't want to loose what I have built up over the past 12 years. Again, thank you. I feel much better about being able to keep up.

I now have a whole Curtis Adams file in my you tube library! I know we’re all different. I really appreciate the 20-30 mins workouts. Otherwise I think I’m cheating. Can I do multiples? Nah. Somehow it doesn’t happen. I recently bought loop resistance banks. The fabric kind. Love them. Can you do a session dedicated to them? Many thanks for all you do. Elizabeth

Thanks you Elizabeth and yes you can do multiple ones but I wouldn't do more than a hour. Always consult your Dr before starting a exercise program.

Love this workout too . Good balance workout and dumbbell ( water bottle) and stretch band . It’s so nice to see the water behind you. For a second there , I thought I saw an alligator . Absolutely love these quarantine excercises and your big smile . 🙏

I'm new to Curtis Adams' workout for seniors. Which one do I start with? Should I do them in a specific order? I have not been doing a strengthening workout just stretching to release tight muscles and protect my back/knees.

Hi Elaine, I'm happy you found me. Always consult your Dr before starting any exercise program. I suggest you start with one of my seated only workouts and only do what you can to start. Don't push yourself. Go at your own pace. Thanks

For seniors you are to fast sure this is a good excersizes but you need to slow down!

The ladies in the video are 90 and 87 years young. Remember the age range is 55+ and seniors that's why I have someone always sitting so anyone can do the exercise.
