I've noticed that if I do catch the ball with the driver moving upward, the ball does seem to get a lot more distance. Ball position and ball height at address seems to be the primary factor in this determination. Also, ground force is another factor in getting this upward trajectory! Well Done Michael! 75 years old hit it about 180 total most times but do occasionally 200 or a little more , would love to get more yards off the tee more often . A steady 200 to 210 would be nice all the time . Will be watching .

I Michael I live in England I do that exercise you just showed but my problem is when I stay behind the ball on the downswing but stay there to long then what happens is my arms overtake then ball goes left plus I don’t follow thru properly help 👍😂
