Dear Sir, Let us suppose both the parties before marriage sign a legal documents of Expenses , Gift recived/exchanged and a written affdivit from the brides's family that no Doway was demanded by the Groom's family and all the expenses were shared 50-50 with the proof of expenses i.e. GST invoices then in such cases can the grooms family can be saved from Dowry Act at least?
