Another helpful ''mock'' interview with some new questions. Regarding the hypothetical scenario of a project that three members got sick and the deadline cannot be changed; From my experience I come accross with additional questions/objections from the interviewer when I was presenting my response (e.g. an assumption I made is rejected by the interviewer for instance in this video the interviewer could comment that if you outsource the three team members this would increase the cost of the project, it would led to loss instead of profit etc) So it would be helpful to see such situations in another video

My only feedback would be this: the majority of your answers would be followed up with a Why, How, When, Who type of example as part of a drill-down or "probing" question. If you don't already, I'd really suggest that you include or make a separate set of videos on probing questions as these will expose the plastic candidates from the true. Thank you again.

Love your videos. Not quite halfway through but feel a difference from what I would do. My first step would be to get to know my team and how they feel about the company and their roles. I expect I would have a general idea of the director's missions by the time I was hired in any case, but once hired that would be the second step, not the first for me. Once armed with that information I would then revisit with directors to discuss path forward to guide team.

Hi Richard, there is a new trend in the interview process where employers do not ask interview questions. I have been to several interviews where the employer only speaks about the role and asks only a few questions; questions like, will you be interested in this role, can u handle it etc this deviates from the traditional interview questions, can you please do a video to address this trend?

Have you ever faced with comments it simple didn't worked? Giving desirable and perfect answers all the time, regardless of the position level is suspicious, at least. Be positive all the time as well, as presenting your drawbacks as an advantages. I would be additionally careful toward such candidate personaly if I were on the other side of the table.

@@CareerVidz I get it, maybe it is cultural difference issue. I know from HR side ( my close relative) that usually they did not hired colleagues with "super socially accaptable" answers cuz they assumed they were not genuine and honest.

The interview answers are great but too much of a silver tongue...and I feel a lot of people who speak that way seems great candidates but in reality they show a complete different persona when are hired
