I liked the learning level instructions but would love a directed workout flow with the exercises. What do you recommend? Thanks

Hi Terri! Thank you for the comment! The stretch workouts are great directed routines. I am working on more flow routines from the learning level, so be on the lookout:)

Do you have a longer version of the sitting one? I work in a Restaurant and stand in my feet a lot and have had Osteoarthritis bring me to my knees😕.
@SeniorFitnessWithMeredith2 жыл бұрын
Hi Kinya! I do not have a seated version, but my stretch routines for the entire body would be great for you!! I hope you try them and they help!!

I have just been diagnosed with right knee arthritis with Lupus and I came across this video which was extremely helpful. I wish this could have done a complete video workout with you doing these exercises. I do indoor cycling and we do a lot of these exercises as a post-ride stretch that I have began to love after watching this video. Can I also do these exercises as a pre-ride stretch as well?
@SeniorFitnessWithMeredith3 жыл бұрын
Hi Linda! Thank you for the comment! I will put that on the list, an actual workout of knee stretches. You can do them as a pre-ride stretch if you warm up a little first, and do not get as deep into the stretches as you would after a ride. Keep up the great work! Take care, Meredith

If muscles want to cramp, do you suggest anything different in these movements? I drink alot of water. Example: I work standing all day. Work has us do stretch and flex each morning. Pulling the heel up to stretch and my calf immediately cramps. I modify the stretch at work, and will employ more of your activities at home to help improve my movements. But, the cramping is happens if holding for any length of time. Even when waking up in the morning, stretching before getting out of bed. Thoughts ?

Keep up the stretching and water/electrolytes/potassium for muscle cramping. If a movement is cramping, move it around to activate the muscle so it’s not in a static hold. See how that works for you!
