I am so thankful I came across this video. I am recovering from a car accident and these exercises help me a lot. I have to modify and move slower but they are amazing. Thank God for you Meredith! Be Blessed! Sadie

Meredith today I did two classes in a row, I love the work, although I do not have any symptoms of osteoarthritis or arthritis, they are great for me, because I really like to feel the stretching of my body, excellent class! From Barcelona 😘❤

Perfect timing! Many decades of chronic low-back issues which lots of yoga has helped but keep adding in various other exercise and feeling it. Latest fun discovery: bouncing ball on wall works on balance, foot movement, core, reaction time, cardio, etc....but entire back really being impacted with all the movement (also try to toss high forcing more upright posture). Was on the floor, earlier, with tennis ball, working on the kinks, so the back certainly appreciated the addition of these stretches. Thanks.

This is really helping me, especially the one with the belt for the back. My entire body is really stiff and tense now following knee surgery. I need things to do that aren't about range of motion and strengthening quads and this one is really good for helping with that other stuff.

I really like this workout! Every since my double mastectomy three years ago my non-dominant shoulder has been very tight. This is helping loosen it up! I need to try to do this one maybe once a week..😊

I just did this video again. I probably haven’t done this one for a couple of years. It is really good for the chronic pain and weakness that I have in my lower back. I love variety and the choice of videos that you have. It would be great if you would do another video similar to this one in the future.❤️
