Thank you again Doug. I am 14 month post stroke which has affected my left side. Not feeling my left foot makes balance very challenging. Both classes you’ve made are extremely helpful. Just knowing I can do them everyday at my convenience helps me mentally know I’m going to keep improving. I’m no longer in PT but I find your classes so much better. Than the rehab I was receiving.i still use a pronged cane to walk outdoors but I’m able to walk around the house now without it. However I do still stumble and lean when I walk. I’m determined to get back to my pre-stroke gait and steadiness with your help. I find I struggle with hyper extension of the knee on the affected side if you can incorporate any additional tips or exercises to eliminating that. Thank you !! ❤❤

Than you for the video. My left leg is weaker than my right. I noticed it when I do the standing exercises.🎉
