I m 78yrs , i did a knee cap replacement, but i my leg are very still and no strength, throught your exercise i started to follow your , am i stuiable for all the exercise you taught.Thank you both Master.❤

Hi, first time joining class, I found I had to not look at you whilst ensuring i wa sdoing the movement correctly as the two ladies at the back were racing through the moves! Bless them for not having any injuries or arthritis, but not very encouraging to us that do! 😢

Your feedback is appreciated- at the beginning of the video and throughout I reiterate you must do the exercises to your own pace this is key we all have different levels of ability. The two ladies at the back Eileen (has had a knee replacement) and Pat (has a pacemaker and also a knee replacement) have been doing my classes for a few years, they both started with limited mobility and now look at them go !

Me again with another question...as an early riser usually do my exercises then, around 5am. Yesterday though, was late up, then church, so didn't get to do my exercises till 5pm. Noticed a great difference in my knees and could do lunges and squats nearly pain free...so...is there an optimum time for exercising? Should I stop doing morning exercises, which is a much more practical time for me and exercise in the afternoon? Am I damaging my knees in the morning? Sorry, that's three questions not one.

Hello 👋🏻 I think that because you have been moving all day your body (muscles /blood flow) warmed up a bit more than it would in the morning. So you find the movements easier. There is no right or wrong time to exercise it is just preference. You are definitely not doing any damage in the mornings.

No order just find one that suits you. If you find them to easy move onto more standing exercise based videos. Our playlists have difficulty levels so you can use these too.

Few things, wish you'd stayed in the chair. Title of video suggests it's chair-based but then you stand up. I'm wheelchair bound and can't, so I gave up. Secondly, telling us to have bands at the start would give us notice to have them ready. Background music would help.
