Could you make a video on making a 4.4mm balanced mmcx cable from scratch?
@furry0ssa5 жыл бұрын
Yup, a very nice suggestion. For 2.5mm or 4.4mm is the same method. It would also be interesting soldering of mini XLR plug like on DUNU HULK cable. On Aliexpess there are 3 types of similar plugs and can be found at a very affordable price. tinyurl.com/y3kbwhwz tinyurl.com/y4xzx6qf tinyurl.com/y3mk8gt3 Another interesting replacement for standard mmcx connectors. tinyurl.com/y58z8d6b tinyurl.com/yyytcywp I hope that we will see in the future how to make mmcx cable with these. BTW... @sgaudiohive thanks for theses informative tutorials and keep up good work.

@@sgaudiohive hey sgaudiohive, i got question, i know these wires got a thin resin layer that isolates it from other wires, when i repaired my headphones jack i always used a lighter to remove that layer, i see you dont do it, does the pre-soldering these wires with tin removes this layer from them? could you also make a tutorial how to modify Sony's MDR EX300/EX0300 to mmcx bcos many ppl got them and they die mostly cos of bad designed J cord cable, i would really appreciate that if you'd do that tutorial
