You sir have just made learning Spanish fun again. I was really struggling with Objecto Directo, indirecto and reflexive verbs. I just couldnt get my head around the rules while learning it in a weekly class room format, with the whiteboard and so on. Nothing wrong with our teacher its just that I wasn't picking it up while other, more academic type people seem to have no problems. Learning was becoming stressful because I was walking out of class feeling kind of stupid. I watched a few of your videos and the penny just dropped. I get it now! Thankyou. Onward and upward.

Señor Jordan, I don't know if you will see this comment, but if you do, I just want to say thanks for these videos. At first, I hardly knew anything at all about Spanish, and I don't even have Spanish class yet (my school only has 2 years of Spanish)! I tried to write down words and phrases to remember, but it didn't work. I then tried this app called "Duolingo" and it's great, but it never really explained why certain nouns, adjectives, and verbs were written the way they were. I went on articles online, they really didn't help me either, they were not as interactive as Duolingo. So finally, I went on to KZbin, and typed in "Spanish Lessons" and I found your channel. I since watched your videos about verbs and nouns, and it has really helped me. Your channel has made all the difference to me with learning Spanish. You make me happy to learn, and I know because of your channel, I will never fail Spanish. Without you, I would never be where I am to day. You have been making these videos for 8 years, and they are still helpful. Don't listen to negative people on this channel saying things like "your videos suck" or "I hate this guy" just know that what you are doing is affecting and inspiring at least one person out there. @Ismael Pinzon, Unfortunately, you don't have your account enabled for me to respond directly. But here goes! Cállense = "everyone shut up!" It's a command. "que se callen" = another way of saying "everyone shut up / I wish they'd shut up / I wish you'd all shut up" using the present subjunctive. "se callan" = a description of something that happens, "they/you all shut up"

Hi Jordan! I think you are the BEST.language teacher on KZbin (really!). I'm not a regular follower of your videos, but I've noticed that you offer EVERYTHING to your subscribers for learning Spanish (traditional classes, exercices, entertaining stories...) Nobody (here) takes care so much of his students as you do. I'm a KZbinr and I try to teach Italian, but my lessons are not as detailed and well conceived as yours. As far as my software, I use Final Cut Pro for video editing (chroma keying, general video editing) and most of the info on the screen in the videos over the last 2-3 years is from Keynote.
