1. Sensitivity labels in Microsoft 365 allow you to classify, encrypt, and control access to documents, emails, Teams, SharePoint sites to protect business data. 2. Labels can restrict document access to only certain people, prevent external sharing, expire access after a certain date, and add visible watermarks. 3. Auto-labeling can classify sensitive content like financial data to automatically apply protection. 4. Admins can require users to select a sensitivity label when they create content to force classification. 5. Labels help mitigate insider threats, user errors, and data theft by controlling access and markings based on content sensitivity. They strengthen permissions and data security.

Hi, question about Sensitivity label. I created a word document and save it to my personal Icloud. I noticed that it still prompts me to apply label even I'm not saving it on my Office Onedrive. I'm using a device that is not managed by Intune. But may office account is using my company office 365 account.
