Selective listening his affidavit confirms that Senzo was shot with a revolver but the evidence that was led in court says it was a 9mm. He wrote the affidavit in October 2020, yet he booked out the 9mm in July 2020 after Mangena had done ballistic tests on the gun. Also, he submitted an affidavit based on hearsay evidence. Try again.
