볼때마다 느끼는거지만 인간이 아님.. 저 쇼팽 콩쿨때는 피아노의 신이 들어앉아서 같이 연주하고 도와주고 있는게 확실함. 다른 연주자는 인간계인데. 조성진은 천상계임. 3차원과 4차원처럼 차원계가 다름.

@@SZ-wb1qb I have been watching day and night session form the beginning but so far on one is play like Cho, so came back to 2015 preliminary to find out how's Cho was playing and of course Cho's interpret and skills that no one could copy. yes, some are play very good but overall cannot compete with Cho. Cho is genius and maybe reincarnated Chopin.

연령이 믿기지않는 침착성 있는 연주 설정. 절대 급하게 밀어내지 않음. 흐트러짐 전혀 없는 안정감에 지나친 아고기그나 테투토는 사양하고. 내면에서 뜨거운 공기를 팽창해나가는 일관성이 고득점을 얻은거 같습니다. 예선에서는 함부르그제 Steinway 거부하고 YAMAHA CFX로 쇼부 ! 2010년 아디애바 (아제바) 와 유사한거 보니 분명 Chopin Competition는 원하는 스탄스가 있네요.

오래전부터 지금까지 꾸준히 조성진씨의 쇼팽 콩쿨 처음부터 우승파이널까지 전부 보고 왔습니다. 와.. 역시 예선전도 장난아니네요 오랫동안 조성진씨의 곡 듣다보면 성진씨가 연주한건 이제 다 구별 할 수 있는 능력이 생겼습니다...ㅎㅎ 예선전에서는 야마하네요 소리가 날카롭고 또렷한 느낌이네요 색다른 느낌이라 너무 좋아요.

I've literally surveyed the whole preliminary rounds of the competition who played Op. 10 No. 1, and no one played it nearly as a fluidly as Cho did. (28:49​) It's just crazy how good his technique is with this insanely difficult etude.

I went back to watch all the Etude Op 10 No 1, and he has the best dynamic, clarity and easiness. Superb! I love his Nocturne op 48 no 1 too. Best I've heard so far and he's very consistent and has the best delivery of emotion.

Actually, he received an email from Zimerman after finishing his final round. Cho was the first player out of ten, and no other finalists had played yet. Also, Kyung-Wha Chung said, "As soon as Seong-Jin Cho's performance at the final round was over, Krystian Zimerman sent me a text message, 'Who the hell is this guy? It's gold!'" :)

Comparing Cho's sound during preliminary round (smaller hall, smaller piano) with people playing in Chopin competition in final stage this year is such a contrast. Not the same level from every aspect.

Very relaxing to listen to this performance. Really does play Chopin well as well as other composers that I've heard. Heard him play Beethovens 4th piano concerto at the Lanaudiere festival with Yannick Nezet Seguin and he was excellent. An amazing young artist.
