Excellent tip, mixing the soy and oyster sauce! Whenever I do a big batch of rice, I often have to race to pour them both and mix before the rice gets too over mixed or over cooked. Also my life changed when I switched from chicken breast to thighs. I will try this recipe this week!

I made this for dinner for me and my dad and it tasted ABLSOLUTLY DELICIOUS!!!! It totally works!!!! The hardest part about this recipe if just chopping the ingredients, the onions made me feel like I just watched Marley and me again, I cried so much! It stings but it is so worth it! I don’t really like ginger so I didn’t add it and I don’t like peas in my rice so I didn’t add it either but it still tasted delicious! I also added some more soy sauce because I felt like 2 table spoons weren’t enough. But that’s what cooking is all about, doing what you prefer and what’s good for you! I didn’t have raw chicken so I just reused some pollo tropical chicken that I had in the fridge and put it in the the pan 😂 I TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS RECIPE! So easy to make and tasted delicious!!!!! Love the recipe thank you so much!!!! 💕💕💕
