This vlog was filmed in October of last year, during my 3rd month of traveling, but due to personal reasons, I couldn't upload it until now. Currently, I'm in my 9th month of travel, and a lot has happened during this time. After spending a month in Bangkok, Thailand, I spent two weeks in Bali before we went to Korea. In the past six months, so many untold stories have piled up. We're still traveling the world, and just a few days ago, we left Korea and are now in Georgia 🇬🇪 After posting this vlog, I'll upload the vlog that we will film today! At around 10:35 I realized you are the person I kept thinking you reminded me of; that I watched 6 years ago give or take… I said immediately to myself “this looks like the lady that taught me how to make pad Thai,” which was truly a magical moment especially when it was confirmed when you bought chicken porridge hahah. Hi thanks both for keeping us updated as I haven't watched you guys for ages! That street food looks amazing and I'm thinking of going there as a solo traveller to do the same thing from the uk, is the food fresh enough all the time? Did you ever get sick ? I worry if my fragile stomach could handle it lol but I'm sure it's perfectly fine anyway I enjoyed it very much so great work again and thanks very much!

Thanks for sharing! Missed you guys! Can’t believe you’re right next door in GA!!! I live in SC, but on vacation with my grandchildren. GA has lots of great Korean restaurants . I shop for all my Korean groceries at the Assi and H Mart stores in GA. Hope to see more videos soon! ❤

What some Thai people (including me) do with porridge/congee is they buy Patongoh or Youtiao (fried dough) which is usually sold at soy milk carts. I tear up the youtiao into little pieces and put it in the congee. It adds flavor and texture to the dish. Youtiao is a very versatile snack. They are sold with freshly made hot soymilk because people like to dunk the youtiao in it. You can dip them in sankhaya (custard dip) or tear them up and put in congee like I mentioned. Next time you're in Thailand you need to try it.

Ah I miss Thai food so much. One of the best things was waking to a Thai breakfast with jok and a sweet wrapped in a leaf that I don’t remember the name of, with fruit! It was so light and refreshing. Love your recipes! Regards from Goa!

I am so happy for you and your husband moving on and experience things and lots of changes can be very scary even jobs. You’ve been in for years and there’s different regulations and rules that change for so many people.
