you went to Vietnam but didn't try egg coffee? what about cha ca la vong ( Vietnamese stir fried fish with dill and noodles). Also there's Mi Quang noodles its a semi dry noodle with little broth, meat and shrimp with rice crackers and you eat it with herbs. 😯

I have eaten this sandwich, with fruit and café sua da, for the last four days. I found the perfect-sized french baguette rolls... I already had chin-su hot sauce on hand. I dont know why I never thought to make this sandwich before... its quick, filling, and delicious. I love traveling the world with you and Jacob! ❤❤❤

The „Bánh Xèo” actually originates from the South of Vietnam and „ Bánh Bột Lọc “ Central of Vietnam. Next time when you come back to Hanoi i highly recommend you to try “Bánh Tôm Hồ Tây”, “Phở Cuốn”, “Phở Chiên Phồng” all are dishes of Hanoi u will definitely like these 😘💕

I adore Vietnamese food. I often have conversations with Vietnamese people who always tell me they love Korean food. I am always surprised because our Korean food has bold, strong flavours vs. the milder, herbaceous flavours of Viet cuisine.

You should try hotpot, seafood, especially sails on your next trip in Vietnam. There are hundreds of different variations for each dish. You'll be surprised to find that they are equally delicious as Phở :D

If you have a chance, travel to different areas and provinces of Vietnam like down south, the taste and flavors are different

Just a curious question: why did you squeeze lime into bún chả dipping sauce? It’s quite strange since it already has vinegar. It’s not like pho broth. I don’t mean to criticize, you can adjust anything to your taste. Vietnamese cuisine is basically versatile.

Woowee! So much fun and interesting meals ... I've only had noodle soup once from a local Pho restaurant here in Southern California so I am very unfamiliar. But you always make pretty much anything look super yummy. I just don't really eat pork and not so much beef anymore ... but seafood? Bring it on!! Hi Seonkyoung! I have watched you eating your way through Korea in 21 days. You looked in every scene so thoroughly enjoying your food. Love watching you eat. For this Vietnam trip, you, a Korean, and your husband, an American, were not afraid to try local food or street food. I wonder if you guys have ever worried about food poisoning. Did you take any preventative step before you traveled to Vietnam? My sister in law only had her family eat hotel food when she was in Vietnam. I don’t want think people can experience the country fully when they only eat hotel food.

We didn't take anything beforehand and we didn't get sick or anything by eating all the street foods. I heard some people got sick, but not our case. I guess it depends on your body condition.
