It is in Mapo-Gu. It is about 20 min away from Sogang via bus.

Save as much money as possible for the down deposit. Wait until you get here to visit the place and finalize things. Apartments go off the market fast so if you find something you like, take it!

What a steal for 650k won apartment. Was the 30% realtor fee just a broker fee? Or is there anything that the realtor provide?

The real estate agent/realtor/broker however we want to call that person does all the work. The owner just shows up to sign the paperwork.
