I don’t think if people argue they are not perfect. If you can argue logically or illogically and work it out then that should be considered perfect.since arguing is normal then it shouldn’t be a negative. Not everyone is going to want the same things all the time.

As evolved/older couple we have an understanding where we are free to tell each other what’s pissed each other off….self evaluate and understand how you made your other half feel in the heat of a moment, you wouldn’t like to feel like that…. Nobody deserves to make anyone feel like crap not even your partner….this is my self to remember not go to bed pissed at your partner….wake up the next day totally in love….. I made a promise to my man to never hurt him by making him feel inferior likewise he has the same value…. It's so important to acknowledge that marriage is never going to be fairytale perfect, and hearing it from the two of you is so grounding because often we all get caught up in the ideal social media lives we see every day. But being transparent like this helps to strengthen marriage and deepen love. A good marriage, though never perfect, is easily one of the greatest experiences two people can have together, hands down. The hard times--the work involved--it's all so worth it, and part of what proves that love is worth cultivating and fighting for 👏❤️❤️❤️👏

Let no man separate what God has joined together. Marriage isn’t for the weak at heart, that’s for sure. I became a very independent single mother of 2 after my divorce. I was divorced for 9 years and had everything of my own and no child support coming in so, I literally depended on no one. When I met my husband it was hard to come together and summit to a man but him being a Godly man I had no choice and then when I was in a horrific car accident I haven’t been able to work since 2013 and had to become completely depended upon my husband and family for EVERYTHING including feeding me and taking me to the bathroom. Boy oh boy what a change it’s been. But by the grace of God and God alone we’ve made it and making it. And we know we are 2 broken people trying to become 1 whole person with Jesus Christ. God bless y’all. And thank you for your sharing. Love y’all

In a heated argument it’s important to think before you speak, sometimes things are said that can be unsaid. Communication is key, take turns speaking and listening. Laughter and silliness is so important too and often overlooked. I wish you all the best and I see that there is so much love and make a great team.

No relationship is perfect, just like no two persons are alike., we all have our faults. Everyone should know that we only see a snippet of your relationship. It is healthy to have disagreements, if two persons are agreeing on everything, then search yourselves because even identical twins have disagreements. Walking is exercise, so if she does it sometimes it weren't hurt. Oh no, my grandmother thought her grand daughters that there is nothing wrong with a wife and husband having their own bank accounts, especially if you both worked before your marriage. When you enter into marriage you then have a joint account and one for savings/ emergencies. The savings can be each person putting a set amount monthly.
