I've never played FF7 but I understand that Sephiroth victory screen is from the game itself. That also reminded me of the scene in OOT of when the Deku Tree tells Link about the wicked man from the desert. You see Ganondorf galloping on his horse across fire with a menacing look on his face.

he doesn't seem that good, his moves are super laggy, he doesn't have good throws, he's a lightweight without the speed and agility lighter characters usually have and he doesn't have many great moves to make him high-tier+, if I had to guess I'd say he's high mid-tier

@@mergo5956 you can't really make up that people called joker mid tier lol, joker has fast aerials good speed, and a completely great comback mechanic along with edgeguarding. jokers moves are fast, sephiroth's are not. His moves are laggy and as fun as he is, he does not feel in any way like a top tier. He's a lightweight without the speed that normally accompanies that which just means he dies earlier without much to make up for it. I'm not saying I'm 100% right, but he's definitely at least no where near top tier unless something major is found.
