Terribly sad.The court system has to be held accountable for their actions.

I wait at 15th And Market every night for work. There is no septa presence this man is lying. I get on the train and get off on 15th to go to work; and there is no septa presence. There isn't any septa presence especially when it comes to Kensington. I don't know where these said cops are being put.

Is this not embarrassing to say the issue is reoffending criminals?! It means you aren’t doing your job the first time. Take away free septa passes from students with criminal records unless they can prove they need it to commute to jobs. If they aren’t in school, keep them in jail until they can re enroll

It's criminal violence not gun violence. However, I am sure his prior 'guns' are still serving time in prison.

Damn did he just call out the D.A. & Judges? The courts are ridiculously soft. Most of it may fall on the people for not doing our homework in elections. There has to be a better balance in convictions. Either too brutal or too soft

Yeah, gun violence historically in Phila has decreased when a lot of bad guys get killed off. Then others come in and soon it goes back up. In Chicago, it does not woik dat way dey are out to kill every way every day. It just continues to accelerate for some reason.

If these individuals keep re-offending THEN NO SIR…..Law Enforcement is not doing their job. Sorry. And if you think you can go into the minds of theses offenders ( who have nothing to lose, by the way) and change the algorithm you are fighting a losing battle. You see a “pattern” but you don’t have the answer.

Mentally ill were disinturned in the 90's because politicians felt their rights were being violated...dystopia of mentally ill resulted. Courts focused on offender rehab and probation instead of internment and a crime wave of reoffender dystopia has arisen. Time for advocates of the status quo dystopia to explain themselves🫣
