I love getting book refs from you! Sometimes I don't always catch the titles the first time through but remember "oh I would read the one about the parallel universe". It'd be nice to be able to go to the info bar and see the titles written out for us instead of then needing to rewatch the video. Thanks for making these book hauls! Love them!

Oh my goodness! The Lioness Rampant Quartet is such a great series of books! I read them several years ago when I was still a teenager, but I would definitely read them again as an adult. They definitely hold up through the ages, but they're also still pretty easy to read. Sitting down on a good afternoon, you could probably read all four books at once.

AHHHHHHH!!!! Tamora Pierce!!!!!!! She is one of m fave authors everrrrr!!!!! She doesn't get enough love. Personally Alanna isn't my fave series of her's (That honour goes to the Protector of the Small Quartet and second place is The Immortals quartet) but I love her so much. She is the second half of my literary childhood next to Rowling.

The Alanna books are so nostalgic for me. But yeah. Protector of the Small is the best series. I somehow lost my copies, but I checked them out from the library this summer. Still so great!

Yesss, the Protector of the Small quartet is my favourite of hers as well! I've been meaning to do a re-read for ages.

Idk you really can't forget about the tricksters choice and queen they are probably my favorite but I do like the immortals... Page just didn't hit me the same way

I am similarly aghast that you have not read the Alanna series. They are still some of my favourite books and love the whole universe. I haven't reread that quartet in a while but Trickster's Choice and Trickster's Queen about Alanna's daughter I have reread multiple times.

Yessss!! The Alanna books were my childhood! Seriously my best friend and I really love them and will re-read them from time to time. So good!

I LOVED the Alanna series. Like so effing much. My copy was all one book, so I always read them like that. I had to get a replacement copy because I read it so much I was duct taping the binding together!

I love the Song of the Lioness Quartet. They are wonderful but the last two are my favorite. I only found out this year that Tamora Pierce has several books set in Tortall my goal next year is to read them all! Can't wait to see what you think!

Tamora Pierce is fun. I think Trickster's Choice and Trickster's queen are my favorite. I can't give much of a synopsis, because it would be a spoiler for the Lioness quartet.

I geek out every time someone mentions the Song of the Lioness series. It was alright as a series (I didn't like the fourth book, so I never finished it, although I liked the rest), but little nine-year-old me was just so happy to see a character with her name. She's the only major character named Alanna in, as far as I know, any work of fiction!

First Comment! I got LOTS of books myself! I got the Invisible Man, the Delirium Series, the Graceling Series, and I'm currently also reading Mockingjay. I also can't wait to get the Mary Poppins books and Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children(the book).

OH I absolutely love the Song of the Lioness, it's beautiful and one of my favorite book series. If you haven't read all of Tamora Pierce's Tortall books I think you'd actually really enjoy them! Hope you love them!

Kristina, when are you going to do the Cursed Child video? I just can't wait for it! I was disappointed by Cursed Child a lot. At first, I actually kinda thought that it was just some prank who replaced JK Rowling's work with a stupid weird fanfiction.

Love your hair at the moment Kristina! And I love your booktube videos, that Steven Universe book looks gorgeous and this is the first I've heard about it. Do you still listen to books through Audible? Could you maybe do some Audiobook recommendations?

world without you made me so profoundly uncomfortable :( i didn't like the ambiguity over whether he had powers or was ~~just crazy and i found his neurotypical sister insufferable (i feel like i need to put a disclaimer that i'm mentally ill so here it is). i also didn't like that beth revis used "he's crazy and thus evil" in her across the universe trilogy. just not a fan of her, honestly anyway!!! alanna is super fantastic, i loved it so much
