Radical Severance guys.. the martial art of letting go. The Spartans had a word. Katalepsis. In Greek, it means a mindset where you are not possessed by concepts, terror or anxiety, and things. The Buddhic or Christ state. Not blissed out like a hippie. But discerning, sovereign, and free.

Very timely message, I pulled the plug on a conditional real estate transaction earlier today that had been dragging on for several months. The buyers and realty were shocked, esp as it was a full price offer, but I chose clarity and peace of mind over being in limbo. Thank you for the video, Craig!

If we have non-attachment we can make better decisions generally as we are not emotionally entangled in the outcome. Now you can re-look at the situation and make a decision without feeling pressured.

A friend died many years ago and I only heard of his death several months later. Then his brother died recently who I had also known so today I wrote to their stepmother to express my sympathy and to say that I had known them both and valued their kindness and friendship so I did what I felt I needed to do and closed the door on that chapter.

I had a reading with one of my favorite psychics last month. He told me if I could remain neutral, the month of August would go well, but September will be better. Well, my boss has been getting on my last nerve lately and I've been thinking of going to HR ( human resources). I've been stewing for a short while and not thinking neautral thoughts.😂 So, I'm taking your message as a sign to let it go so I can have a really great September. I'll let you know how that goes.😂

Awesome Craig! I like this style of contemplation video. I love Sept for all those similar reasons. As I did my early nature walk this morning I was thinking of those many same thoughts. Letting go of what I didn’t get accomplished for my goals.. surrendering and allow more compassion for my undoings and create better habits! Sept. is my new year I reset along with spring. The seeds we plant and see growth and beauty all around us and again in the fall the seeds are now dying and time to let go for reflection and making space for new things to come! Fall is truly a magical time!✨🍂✨

Very soothing words. On a personal level, sometimes I feel like I'm just struggling with a discomfort and I can't put my finger on it, so when I hear the words spoken out loud it brings me a sense of comfort. On a grander scale, when I hear what is happening in the UK, it makes me sad. I have an emotional attachment because my grand-parents were from there but also because I grew up loving British culture and I see it disappearing. I don't listen to the news as much anymore, that is my way of detaching. But if I can suggest one thing to British people, start putting up your flags, Union Jack, St-George, and let people know you are proud.

I've followed you for quite a while Craig and I like the way you moderate people's enthusiasm to 'know the future' by encouraging the understanding that we create the future even through our thoughts and feelings. Good stuff - but I wasn't too keen on the background music this time! I found it a distraction. Your words are good enough, they don't need it!
