Keegan, I’m going through the same thing with my neighbors. I would highly recommend buying the Bose quiet comfort earbuds II. The noise cancellation feature works well even without any audio playing. When my neighbor starts playing music at 2:30 am, I pop my earbuds in and then sleep like a baby.

“Situationships” are true you live and learn moments. I was in one summer of 2022. when it fell apart in fall 2022 I went through all the emotions from sadness at first to eventually relief that it was over and realizing that I’m better off now because it never would have worked in the long run anyway .

sometimes I feel like a Situationship is more heartbreaking than an actual relationship because you’re not only grieving what was but you’re grieving what could’ve been

@@KeeganActon True and in my case, it was a friendship turned situationship so for the longest time I was like "Why couldn't we just stay friends?" Then I realized some guys just can't handle being only friends with a girl. Now enough time has passed that I would say we are "friendly" when we have to see each other because it originally was a professional thing turned friendship then turned situationship before it all ended.

Can you sleep to a sound machine? When we lived in an apt complex we had to use a sound machine just to get to sleep because people are so loud and inconsiderate.

Pinterest actually has some good posture workouts. I use one of the posture workouts and it does help. Another way to help with you back is to strengthen your core muscles in order to feel stronger in your abs and to have a better back. The cleaning up your apartment goal will help for sure make you feel better. There are days when I will set a 5-10 minute timer before I go to bed to pick up around my apartment.
