im in wa state but looking at land in oregon, idaho. Using septic options to determine where to buy land at. So im fairly early in my process. But i can will call the various components and self install. Just trying to compare cost with gravel and pipe. I already have the excavator and im wondering if this is a better option costwise for those who rent an excavator and hire labor of if it beats the cost of gravel if you have a back hoe and do your own labor and parts delivery.
