I think that would work for me. One person in a mobile home who makes dehydrated veggies for my Maltese who stands under the table hoping something will drop when I transfer from my round dehydrator to a jar. I would prefer the smaller footprint and not have to rotate the round trays. Ordering today and putting my round one up for sale.

You can soak fruit & veggies that tend to brown in pineapple juice instead of lemon water. However, the pineapple juice will add a little sweetness. That may be good or bad, depending upon what you are dehydrating.

Very tempting, but I already have a Cosori and an Excalibur, not to mention the Presto hanging out in my garage. I keep the Cosori on my kitchen bar, and I frequently only put a tray or 2 in it.
