Here in Brazil is very difficult get those deluxe editions because the prices are very expensives. We ended up buying a few things.

I'm going to pick up another couple of books and was wondering which two you'd recommend among Absolute V for Vendetta, Absolute Transmetropolitan, Absolute Ronin, Absolute Watchmen, Absolute All Star Superman, Planetary omnibus, Animal Man omnibus, Punk Rock Jesus, Sixth Gun, and Locke and Key? Was also looking at completing the Loeb and Sale Absolute trilogy, butsomeone said that they're all kinda similar stories.

Nice collection! I recommend the graphic novel, Happy! by Grant Morrison. Its one of my favorite graphic novels and its now an upcoming TV series on Syfy!

By the way they do have a Saga library edition like the Black Science one. Image does this for many of its series. They did it for Manhattan Projects, East of West, and are going to do it for Deadly Class and Nailbiter.

Al, hello there, you've got an awesome collection , I'm so envious that you have the entire Thor Simonson, Miller Daredevil, Stern Spiderman, FF by Hickman, Waid and Byrne, Ironman Michelinie. I have a little collection of myself going on too, but I have a question that I hope you can answer: Are Marvel's Masterworks Collection that are already available , will they also be reprinted someday for Marvel's Epic Collection line ? Cos the Epics are way cheaper to buy and I'm willing to wait a long time for those Masterworks that will be reprinted into the cheaper Epics, thanx bro.

+leo jones Thats a good question, my guess is that yes they will end up releasing most if not all of that content in epic collections. Since the collections are character based and not story based it seems like they cover the same territory as masterworks. The odd thing about them is that they are released out of order so to collect the first say 40 issues on a character you might have to wait for vol 2 to be released after 8,17, and 6. Not sure why they are doing that but you might have to wait years to read a full run in order. Hope that helps

+Nerdventures Thanks bro, it IS a big help, I dont mind waiting years as the Masterworks are too dang expensive for me, I'm just a casual , though avid, reader , I DO have several Marvel/DC books under my belt. But I'm certainly not a completist at all, so waiting's no problem for me. Thanks for this info, cos I just had a feeling that Epic will eventually reprint everything just by looking at all these scattershot Epic volume numberings......a question though, I noticed nobody among you guys (except for one) that are posting videos have the 30 Days of Night series by Steve Niles . Pretty strange cos I have them all.....btw, I love your hair, silky smooth locks heheh. :)

I got Frank millers daredevil vol 1(out of 3, not sure which edition it is) from Book Depository for 30 dollars, If i was to buy that in australia it is 60 online (australian store) and 80 in a comic book shop. It wouldnt hurt him to check is what im saying.

+SirDieAlot We don't really have any comic book stores in our country so I compare prices in bookdepository with the prices in other online stores (which don't ship to my location). Including shipping price, bookdepository offers the best deal, compared with other options, but that "best deal" isn't that good. Though I see your point.

+Metal Mouth Media - Theres a video in my channel with recommended Omni for new readers, that might be worth checking out. Of the top of my head right now I'd probably suggest maybe the 52 Omni from DC as a decent starting point and maybe the Annette and manning guardians of the galaxy omnibus? That one is good fun for people just looking to get into guardians, but if you want to be hardcore about collecting marvel cosmic books there are some other ways to get that run.

I'm looking for some recommendations - I do like comics, though I don't have much time to read them/ money to buy them, so what I'm looking for is so called one shots or stories which complete in several volumes. Of course, the story itself should be good and I love some good art :). Maybe you have something in your mind? Thanks!

+Adele B. There are some good short batman stories out there. The Gothic and Year One deluxe editions are pretty cheap and they can be read in a short sitting. You might also want to try the newer line of Marvel OGN, I think they are all hardcovers and are pretty thin. If I'm remembering correctly there are a few thanos books in there and some other one off stories. There's also a ton of indie graphic novels out there like ghost world or most of the stuff put out by drawn and quarterly which are usually stand alone and quite short. Hope that helps!

Check out Leech Mob, the first two chapters are free on my channel as an audio book. All the main characters are illustrated there too. There are 13 chapters and each one reads like a short story. The characters bring it all together as a novel.

+cheesealtar I have the sin city library editions, but I haven't read them yet. I'll put it on the list! I have colossal Conan which is the same size as big damn sin city and I can tell you that the book is MASSIVE and a bit hard to handle. I'd prefer smaller editions to that one huge book
