Don't feel discouraged guys. Everone's results come out different than others. In this case, since she's already thin, it's easier for her to get toned quicker. If you're on the thicker side, it WILL take time. It all depends on your body

Yes totally agree with you. I will say that I tried Pilates from a simple KZbin video; I did only a workout for my abs and I lost some stomach in like 2 weeks. I was impressed thou!! Mind you I’m very thick and short lol.

I love how supportive your family are when you do these challenges. It also surprises me how much of a difference three days makes. I’ve only watched the Rose and Jennie videos so far but it does make me want to try. Unfortunately, yes, it’s also an excuse, I don’t have neither the time or money for Pilates. But I’ve been wanting to go back to better eating like I had before COVID but I had gotten lazy when the gyms around me no longer were 24/7.

Honestly with those results I thought the diet was going to be like 300 calories a day or something but it turned it to be a really healthy and realistic diet that should keep you energized throughout the day. Great Video and Amazing Editing!!

cutting out sodium might make you retain less water but it has very little to do with bloating. bloating is caused because your gut reacts badly to certain foods. completely getting rid of sodium could even be harmful since salt is usually fortified with iodine which is hard to get otherwise

I’m a Pilates enthusiast. I have to say Pilates is hella difficult and it ain’t just “stretching”. With good Pilates training u could tone up ur body real sharp without changing too much weight (cuz you gain muscle mass while losing fat). Welcome to the club sis :P

As soon as I saw the reformer I was like oh snap… its about to get real! I started doing Pilates right before the pandemic and through and while Ive only lost about 20 lbs with diet I went from an XXL (20) to a L (14). But the best part is my improved mobility. Im still a curvy gurl But I can honestly say I LOVE how my body looks more than ever before.

Eating salt doesn't make you gain weight, that's a myth. Salt doesn't have any protein, carbs or fat in, so it has no calories. It does make you bloated though, but that's not the same as gaining weight. If you were to eat less salt for a day then bloating would go down and you would be able to see how much weight you lost

I find it funny how people follow a routine thinking it's going to be the holy grail of losing weight. The body is not really that complicated for you to follow certain steps. Just stay hydrated, eat balanced in portions and make sure to have a lower calorie intake (like minus 300 calories) where sport will help. The most important thing is not to get too fixated on numbers, but rather to build a keen sense and healthy relationship with food.

I already do that since I have naturally very oily skin and hair, but after I get done weightlifting and working out, I'm just sweaty on my skin. If you use deodorant and put your hair up (if you have hair long enough to get in your face) and work out in the afternoon after you're done with school/work, than you should be good with taking a shower every other day or just washing your body and not your hair!! Sorry this is so lengthy, I'm just basing it off my own life haha

@@serena72lee haha I'm updating sooner! I've lost 4 lbs so far. Instead of mu original plan of two meals a day, I'm doing three even smaller (like having half a bowl of oatmeal and avocado for breakfast, and finishing the rest of it for lunch). Still eating the same type of healthy food though. Only reason I switched it to three a day is so my mom didn't get worried.

This was very motivational and inspiring. I feel like you could keep a lot of these things up in moderation. I tried eating avocado on toast today which I normally don't like but I put garlic sauce and lemon with it and it was actually really good.

I must've been watching enough kpop content for this to be recommended lol but damn the results be wild! You've inspired me to drink more green smoothies which I've stopped doing in quarantine and to also lessen my salty snack intake. Omg first time on this channel and you seem so nice and sweet. I really looked at your video bc I was trying to lose weight then I felt bad bc youre only 2 inches taller than me and still weigh less and I always just blame some of my weight on my height but honestly you gave me inspiration to start back my ab workouts I literally saw the abs coming in and see aw the smaller waist but then I fell off. Yo llevo haciendo ejercicio por meses, hago 1 hora y media de ejercicio diario, como menos de 700 calorías al día, pero no bajo de peso. :')
