I understand there has to be ads to allow us to listen/watch videos for free, but please don’t have them in the middle of a meditation, it ruins it completely. Have them before and after. Thank you

I’ve listened to this really nice relaxing meditation lots times, never been interrupted by an ad before totally ruins whole ethos of meditation 😤 wont be listening again .
