Sorry to criticise, but does anyone else think that since NowTV has started targeting true crime KZbinrs for sponsorship that the quality of their videos has gone down? I feel like I'm watching an introduction or build-up for the documentaries clearly being advertised, rather than a full recollection of the case, which does justice to the victims' plight. I know it's very hard for true crime videos to get monetised, but sensitive content like this is only meaningful if it comes from a true place of passion for the story and the victims' justice, not to draw in big profits.

I think Edmund is the scariest serial killer not necessarily because of his crimes I mean, they are terrible and scary but what's scarier is how easy he adapted and how his intelligence made it easy for him to manipulate people and adapt to each difficulty in life and use it to his advantage

The actor who played Kemper was *phenomenal!* Paul Bettany was, too (while we're on the subject). I can't believe his portrayal of the Unabomber didn't garner more critical praise. He was flawless ♡

Thank you, Caitlin. I don’t have NowTV and thus greatly appreciate your succinct overview of this case. Great video. You were having your morning cup and became visibly more animated as it kicked in, no worries, happens to me every day - we are none of us perfect. The quality of the content did not suffer from my perspective. I do have a suggestion, if I may, that you might want to undertake some research into a TelePrompTer App or software package that you can download onto a laptop, connect to an external monitor, and set up next to your camera. This is what is called a confidence monitor and would diminish the need to look down at prepared notes while you speak and may consequently cut down on the amount of edits needed, contributing to the overall fluidity of your presentation. It can help the audience before you feel more engaged by you. It can also help down the road to become practiced in its use as you go on to make presentations at Uni, at work or perhaps at conferences where you may be speaking at a podium with a presentation playing behind you that you can’t glance at frequently while maintaining your frame as a speaker. Something to consider exploring at the very least. I don’t see an issue with your presentation as it is. With respect to this case, it is clear that the trouble snowballed from it’s inception during his early severely stunted mental and emotional development. As I know your interests lean towards the psychological and mental aspects frequently on display with these cases, the most shocking aspect to me is how the mental health industry routinely allows the release of individuals into a society they were maladjusted to function in to begin with. It’s almost like, well, despite a very high regression probability, you haven’t killed anyone while you were here, so get back out there and give it another go - fingers crossed. I guess we’ll revisit if you falter. Then, once the probable savagery is inevitably inflicted, everyone is more than happy to regale the world on exactly why the depravity took place. However, where do we draw the line between someone who is an almost certain danger and pre-crime punishment ? That is an interesting question to which there is merit in discussing. Looking forward to your next. Take care.

Edmund Kemper should be set free. He’s an awesome dude. Let him live in Santa Cruz, catch waves, and party at the Jerry Room. The Jury Room was his hangout during the time of the killings. It’s still a badass bar

If Edmund had been functioning normally he would have moved to a new state away from his Mother and made a fresh start. His upbringing didn't help but I don't think that it would have caused directly these abnormalities. Countless kids have rough starts to life and they don't go on to kill and commit heinous crimes. Edmund was not right. End of..

I normally love your videos, but I gotta say that this one is kinda poorly edited... After almost every sentence there is an editing glitch, sometimes cutting off words. I personally like it more when the stories are told in a more natural, story-like way
