So Guy was the his "daughter" and trained him to be a killer as well? Or was Guy him back in the day and he ending up killing his sister and mother? His mother hit him and that's how he gained dementia, the car accident with Guy is what happened to him when he went to cover up the body and he recalls it differently?

A recap on the recap: He’s his only daughter. There were only two characters in the entire movie; the cop and the nun. What we just watched was a dream sequence in reverse chronological order. No animals were harmed in the making of the gimbap. At the end they were all spirited away. It’s as clear as tomato soup and now we all feel like we’ve been hit in the head with a steam iron…ugh.

It would be nice to have a real interpretation, because there's a lot more behind the dementia aspect of the film and the ending scene.
