One of the more difficult skills to learn is hitting the balk straight on the forehand. The shoulders rotate which means your swing has the tendency to be angled rather than go straight through during contact. To work on this I like doing this solo drill where I hit overhit drives trying to keep the ball within the width of the service box without letting the ball hit the sidewall.
See the sidewall helps to straighten a lot of our drives and this slows the ball down which means it will be easier to cut off by a top player. Hit it straight by practicing this drill along with many others you’ll find in The Secrets Of Solo Hitting
