She could have a feeding tube. I have breathing problems which prevent me from eating via my mouth safely so I use a feeding tube.You can also get nutrition via IV for those who are in hospitals unconscious for long periods of time. I once went to the ER, next thing i remember is waking up in a hospital bed, turns out i had been out for 3 days, this was before my feeding tube, so it’s possible they gave it via an IV.

It looks like Anna died instead when they switched bodies. If you listen closely at the end it says she named the daughter Sofia like the grandmother which that was Sarah’s mom’s name. Guess she got revenge on both lol
