Truly some of the best products for diabetics and low carbers on the market! Not everyone who eats less carbs cares about wheat! Bring on the unbelieva-anything! For those that have tried the original buns, get the butter ones next time. They are just fantastic, but you have got cook them on buttered griddle for the best flavor and texture. Flatbreads are just plain delicious, not “for” a low carb product. They’re just awesome! Oh, try the bagels- they are fantastic too!

I've done a little experimenting with their flour. I breaded some chicken tenders and they turned out decently, but I definitely need to do more experimenting. One of my viewers told me he used it to make a roux and it worked like regular flour.

I didn't broil. I just par baked for around 5 minutes at 400F, then topped them and returned them to the oven for another 5-7 minutes.

Just got my first case of the flatbreads because it’s my all time favorite of theirs. Second is the Errything Seasoning Bagels. My glucose numbers are great according to Stelo as compared to Hero products. But since I’m in SoCal, I alternate btw Hero Bread & UnbelievaBuns. I’m stocking up in the colder months for them and also considering buying their bulk flour for the hot months. Would also love to see you bake with their flour. Steve thank you. I was having the worst munchie attack yesterday. I’m out of ketosis (I don’t know if I ever was but either way)…for sure. I know as quick as I get back on keto and start kicking the carbs out the front door (just a bit of humor)and these flatbreads get to me, I’ll be in good shape. I don’t want to have to do cooking from scratch…my back can’t handle me standing that long in the kitchen. Cook these in place of Triscuits and wheat thins and Goldfish crackers. Touch of avocado oil and a bit cheese…I’ll be happy! Is wheat itself not keto or does it depend on blood sugar or if someone is strictly keto? I’m just trying to lower the carb count in general with more emphasis on sugar.

Keto is a metabolic state, not a food or ingredient. There are certain dogmatic keto folks who get all wound up when they see the word "wheat", but the wheat products in here are wheat protein, wheat gluten (also a protein) and fiber. I've had a lot of UnbelievaBun products and none have impacted my glucose, affected my ketones, or caused me inflammation. That's why I'm such a big fan. 🙂

According to UnbelievaBun's website, they can be frozen for up to a year. For the buns, I "defrost" them in my Anova oven at 200F and 100% steam and they stay nice and soft.

They are definitely different than the pita bread (which are great, but not yet out of "early access" or whatever they're calling it). I haven't tried the pizza crust yet, but I'm guessing it's probably the same recipe, but just a different size and shape.
