Absolutely love "Hot Rod". It's definitely the Coolest of Beans. Ian McShane is also great in it. Keep it up!

Oh absolutely, it truly never gets old-even just making this video I was cracking up the whole time. I appreciate the comment!

I'd recommend The Paperboy (2012). It kept me at the edge of my seat throughout its run-time, and that's definitely saying something as I usually fall asleep in the first 15 minutes of watching a movie these days. But this movie made me laugh, left me shocked, I didn't know what was going to happen in the next scene, I was immersed and left feeling fully entertained.

I definitely need to add that one to my list! I’m a big fan of Matthew McConaughey, so I gotta check that out

The Edge (1997) is underated. Anthony Hopkins and Alex Baldwin were great

I’ve never heard of that one before, but that looks super interesting! It sounds somewhat similar to The Revenant, and I loved that movie, so I gotta check that out!

I never cared whether some reviewer, or movie critic, or a youtuber, endorses a movie or not, but I care for the reasons they bring up why they have their specific opinion. Based on these reasons, I can form my own opinion. I think it is a common misconception that people blindly follow the advice of their chosen reviewers. I look at reviews to get the pros and cons to then weigh them myself. This is also why I think positive and negative review bombing does not do all that much, because one-sided reviews just add very little if anything to the pros and cons that I consider.

I agree with you about not blindly following a reviewers recommendation although sometimes they can be helpful. When I watch someone's content about a movie, I like to watch the movie and then have them fill in what they liked/disliked. I enjoy going into a movie blind because I hate getting spoiled about what is going to happen halfway through the movie because of the description let alone a review

That’s a really refreshing perspective-I’m glad there are those out there that don’t immediately disregard a movie based off the reviews like I do haha

I hated Jumanji and I finished the movie. Not my type of comedy, the action was horrible, and too many plot holes. Aguirre, the Wrath of God is a better alternative because of how difficult it was to film it. Small German film company in the middle of a jungle with one of the most infamous actors of all time
