I have a few questions. The plastic container you mix in and the silicone you pour how do you clean those? Can the residue of the resin do in the sink? Also When you pour the first layer do you wait for that to cure before pouring the 2nd color layer? Do you mainly use acrylic paint to color resin or alcohol inks? Do you ever use mica powder? Sorry for all the questions.
@ooopticnerveee5 жыл бұрын
That's a good question. My guess is that she lets the leftover resin cure, and then unmolds it from the container and then just throws it away, leaving a clean mixing bowl! =)
@FutureJouster5 жыл бұрын
what Optic Nerve described is most likely what she does. you do NOT want to pour uncured resin down the sink in any way, even small amounts
@SeriouslyCreative5 жыл бұрын
Hey! Yes the other 2 are correct... i just let it cure and peel it out 😊 yes i pour the first layer and let it semi cure then do the coloured layer. I use both alcohol inks and acrylic (i think some of my other videos i explain this) and yes i use opal mica powder sometimes too. Phew i think i answered it all 😋
@flutterbytama5 жыл бұрын
I wipe containers out with paper towel, spray co Rainer with Pam cooking spray then wipe again. Then pour in alcohol and wipe again. Leaving the paper towel in the container to keep dust out of it.
