Damn, that's pretty graphic at the beginning. KZbin is going to demonetize this video very soon.

I feel ya my dude I’ll admit that It can bleed together a little in some areas but it’s only blemishes throughout I’d say it was great release and lookin forward to his future projects

This is my album of the year so far. I found its use of repetition to be more hypnotic than tedious. I also love how strange it is-it’s intriguingly bizarre without being off-putting. I’m closer to a 9/10, personally.
@Lemwell76 жыл бұрын
Duncan Trawick not my album of the year (that’s Your Queen is a Reptile) but definitely a 10 for me. It’s innovative, it’s unique, it’s amazing, and honestly to me it’s pretty much flawless.

I really loved this album, probably my AOTY(in a very very strong year), I think that the repetitive instruments most of the time actually help the vocal melodies pop out and the ideas of the tracks to shine, the lyrics are amazing, I seriously can't think of anything bad to say about this album except when "the wrong tree" starts it has this awkward announcement of the track, it's my personal 10 and I'm definitely going to keep an eye on this guy.
@Blackout09006 жыл бұрын
Kobi Tzarfati it’s definitely up there for my aoty as well. everything is so crisp on this record. for some reason i love the strangeness and elongated intonation of “wroooong tree,” feels like a big warning sign for the rest of the song haha

Lemwell7 Same here. From beginning to end it is near perfect. But holy hell, bless ur heart is one of my favorite songs ever. I feel the lyrics in my heart and head, and I feel the music in my legs and in my gut.

The songs do evolve and change, but they also repeat very hypnotic phrases to achieve a desired effect. How can you listen to Swans but find this to be at all tedious?

I fell in love with this album the few times I listened to it, I'd end up with a stuffy nose and tears drying on my face, my sensitive ass was just amazed by the whole instrumental, vocal and lyrical thing goin on. I could find the formula of the tracks repetitive, like in what order were things gonna sound n shit (excuse my english), but it gave the album a lot of consistency. I didn't like slow syrup, it just bored me. Over all, the tracks are hella beautiful!! loved it, gave it a light 9

She actually labels her own music as "pagan gospel" rather than art-pop or alt-R&B, and I do feel it's closer to gospel in many senses. Anyway, one of the most interesting, progressive and talented artists nowdays and an amazingly BEAUTIFUL voice

If you haven't yet, check out a song called Placenta, by Tallah. They're a new metal band that has heavy influence from Korn and Slipknot. I think the song is pretty good, but I personally don't like the solo... The solo feels out of place, or not mixed in well. I want to know your opinion of it. Thanks!
