They literally gave the most normal looking servant new mechanics on every single skill and NP. You can really feel their love for mahoyo, its great. I think he'll have a place in CQs. Using ST berserkers to rush down one or two bads isnt anything new, and as a free np5 st berserker with basically a 50% battery he really streamlines that process a lot. I can definitely see him as a 1st break bar delete button.

I can see potential for him in farming and he is the first ever servent to have ignore damage cut, but at the same time if you bring him for dps against bosses who have 2 or more HP gauges, wouldn't he just die and afyer braking only 1 gauge? Like he would need a guts CE and maybe another guts buff depending on the situation. That battery multiplier is cool tho for multi core. He is definitely very unique in his own way, definitely need to see him in more gameplay to decide anything on him.

His 3rd skill if well caculated could allow quick, buster, art brave chain or just straight up brave chain for him with 1 color and thus saving his np. But personally i would bring him for dual core farming than CQ. Unfortunately no servant has enemies def up demerit yet.

I feel like if you're using him as your main DPS, they definitely want you to bring some kind of targeted guts. He can use his NP, get to low health via the guts, activate his crits, and then survive with his first skill for a very long time while doing face card damage. Though because of his battery potential I could definitely see him being a guy that you bring to take out one bar on a boss and then cycle out - maybe even bar two rather than bar one, since he can pierce defensive effects the boss might put on themselves and he can time his third skill for more NP damage.

Not have a proper explanation yet. When Alice mention the scar in his neck, Soujurou seems not happy talking about it. Even he trying to kill himself when he touch his neck I think we will have explanation about it when Mahoyo 3 released (Many speculate that Mahoyo 1 about Aoko, Mahoyo 2 about Alice, and Mahoyo 3 about Soujurou) What the guy above me said is about the scar in his body. When Aoko asked about that, he rather proud about it because the reason above.
