Hey 👋 Sorry for the late reply 😔 First of all thank you for your kind words 🙏🏻 Record producer is not only for creating direct record for incident, it can create record in any background table !! It is a very useful feature for sure !!

When we have incident to create in SN, why we need separate record producer as i am able to achieve that in the reqular incident creation. Pls suggest.

Hey 👋 Lets not only consider incident. Suppose there is a HR case table, and there is a record producer which is available for the end user. So if there is HR related issues , end user can use this record producer and submit it and directly a HR case will be created in the backend table. And the respective team can start working on it and fix the issue 🤓

Hey 👋 Sorry for the late reply 😔 I think this is because of the execution plan tab ! Go to maintain items table and open your catalog item and go to process engine tab and in the execution plan tab remove if there is any existing execution plan is there. That should solve the issue 🤓
