its growing on me but i still think it looks like a tony hawks pro skater game at this point. no flick stick?!

zmwoob you still flick the analog sticks to do tricks it’s just more advanced than skate. Each stick controls each foot, and then you turn with the triggers which is probably the hardest part to get use to. This is only the pre alpha demo, so that’s why a lot of it looks so stiff, but this is no where near what the final product will look like, they just released this to help out with their kickstarter so people can get an idea of what they’re trying to do

right on dude i back it and im hyped! i was just playing the original skate last night for the first time in months. its hard to believe theres not already a new skateboarding game and that we are still trying to fund a new one. people are sleepin! but yeah dude i can only imagine how good it will look as it continues to develop. not sure how i feel about turning with triggers.. but who knows.

triggers definitely take some getting use to but its the only thing that makes sense once you eliminate the sticks

Arapoib haha the hardest part is overcoming doing the flick it controls from skate and adapting to these controls
