I'm sure they would if there weren't any homeless people living on them. Kind of hard sharing food stations with used needles, crap, trash, & other garbage all over the sidewalks.

London Polish street food is far better than street food served in Poland. I live in Krakow and the street food there is sorely lacking compared to most countries of the world. In Krakow, you would get the whole sausage unsliced but without the onions. For an extra charge, you get a slice of plain bread and for another extra charge ketchup or mustard. Fried unions are not available even as a side dish. One can get fried potatoes, fried sourkrout or fried mushroom as separate side orders.

It is not a proper way to serve Polish sausage. I would rather grill it up then serve it so it would lose all the fat and become crispy and smoked. This is how we do it

Doesn't look too appetizing. Sausage looks like the generic, industrial, fatty kind, low on garlic and mustard seeds, high on minced fat. Would prefer it more charred. And without those oily onions :/
