Ya know what's the biggest Difference between this other Hand Pulled Noodle Videos. By Comparison she has absolutely no room to work in. While Everyone flairs, Get big air and do suspended twists with their dough. She slaps slams and twists on the table. Everyone else has room to show off. She just has enough room to be about business. To be honest. I think I learned more from this video than some other ones with fancier moves. Hers is brass tax fundamentals. Love It. She REally works hard for her money.

I ate these noodles in china and they were by far the best I ever had. They made it with a little rich tomato sauce, few vegetables and beef pieces....WOW!!

This is just normal lamian noodles. Everyone in China makes it. There isn’t a “special” type of noodle anyone makes because it’s literally just flour and water and sometimes lye water. There’s no way in knowing where in China they come from. However, I do know it’s somewhere in London probably Chinatown.

How to make the dough? Every video shows how to make dough into noodles only but not how the make the dough. Regular dough doesn't work. It just breaks, not stretch. Making the dough it the most important step.

Regular dough is OK, it's works too. You should stir the dough repeatedly until smooth and dull and can be store for later use. Next step, preparation... to make noodles as seen on the video; Oil is the key. At this stage in the process the dough is extremely elastic. The purpose of throwing and twisting it repeatedly is to enhance that stretch elasticity exponentially, until it is time to pull.
