Hi there, I haven't experienced forgetting my code yet, but you can try sliding the round button to the right, holding that button while you set your new password, then letting go of that round button. Hope that works 🙏

Hi, I've resetted my passcode using the same technique. If it doesn't work, your diary might have a different lock/unlock setting.
