Loved that you did this, I'm here because i was looking at the same pump for an outdoor aquarium I'm setting up.

I want to try a different brand and protect the pump itself by putting it in either a zip lock or plastic container. I think the elements got to it. It didn't seem weather tolerant as my fountain pumps are.

If you precharge the pump via USB how long does it last roughly with no solar DEE? - Was thinking about buying 2 and then they would cover a 24hr period if there is a power cut, if you can confirm how long they last after charging buddy?
@DeeFromBrooklyn2 ай бұрын
@IamLJAYMarketing the first generation didn't run well after it got wet. You'll need to protect it from rain. I used a tupperware container. First time I didn't know that

USB so you can connect to yiur computer and perhaps there’s an algorithm to measure air pressure
@DeeFromBrooklyn Жыл бұрын
That would assume that the USB cable is designated for data and not just power. I've found that inserting the pump itself into a plastic container will protect it from water damage and prolong its life

Air pumps put very little o2 in the water. The bubbles float to the top pushing the nitrogen up and out, thus making the O2+ level higher.
@DeeFromBrooklyn4 жыл бұрын
